Broadband Latency issues

We have some latency issues that I'm investigating and have set up a Broadband Quality Monitor.  We are getting consistent yellow latency spikes most days..  Most of the time,  the minimum and average latency looks ok, but there are regular spikes across a 24 hour period, I'm not sure if this is an issue.

I've tried reading the example graphs on the BQM web page but they are a bit confusing for me.  Here are a couple of examples from my monitoring, I'm hoping some of the really helpful community experts could offer their opinion?

We are on Sky Ultrafast 150 fibre and have a SR203 router

@Stu_B

What are the latency issues you are experiencing exactly? That BQM graph is quite normal if you are using the broadband at the time as the router treats ping replies as lowest priority over all other traffic.

Can you please post your router stats
