I'm a new Sky broadband customer. I need to amend the delivery date of the broadband equipment. On following the email link sent by Sky, I'm unable to complete the setup of my sky account on the Sky App as I have no 12 digit sky code and the alternative of providing the last 6 digits of my bank account doesn't work as they're not recognised. Any suggestions welcome.
