Broadband Issues
On Monday our sky q wouldn't connect to our sky broadband, it still isn't connected now. Tonight all our other devices are slowly dropping connections, my laptop cannot connect, our google doorbell is no longer connected, my sons chrome book (for his homework) has dropped connections. Yet the broadband test (on the sky app) says nothing is wrong, although now it cannot run a test. We have reset both the router and our sky q but still no connection. I need to get this resolved asap so I can work and my son can do his homework
Thanks
Dan

Re: Broadband Issues
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
