Mysky app service checker says broadband is working fine, it isn't as router only has 2 green lights and 1 orange.

Ive reset the router 4 times and it isn't helping.

Service checker is a waste of space because it just lies and states that there are no issues in my area.

Broadband down in Livingston even though checks saying all good. Happenned last week as well.

Fibre down in eliburn - phoned sky no issues reported to them and service checked. After resetting etc they have now flag to the networking team.

Same issue here in Howden Livingston. Sky virtual assistant is pointless it simply sends you in a loop! Tried calling customer service only to be greeted with. "We close at 9pm  please follow the link in the text we have sent you" this takes me back to sky virtual assistant  it runs checks and tells me everything is OK! No it's not! So frustrating.

It's down in dedridge aswell the app says detected a problem then whe it tests the connection it says its all fine

Broadband checks say service is up (Livingston) but no Internet nor VoiP services are enabled thru the router.

 All automatic help says it's all okay and it's impossible to find any help! 

 It's really really frustrating 😡

I was on ADSL for the last 7 years and never had an outage in Livingston. Since being on Fibre (sold as being more reliable) I have had 2 outages since it was set up a week ago. My friend in Whitburn had issues the other day which had the same symptoms reported here. This needs sorting.

Also have no Internet in Dedridge, frustrating as checker is saying now issues in area. However when run connection checker, says it is not working just now. Regretting getting Sky Glass

Out of interest how regular are these outages for you guys? 

 

I'm seriously considering going back to the old copper phone line , it wasn't rapid but at least it worked.

 

I'm also in Dedridge but it sounds like moat of Livingston is affected.

Mine went down about 8.20 and is still down - all tests said it was fine and then spent 20mins on hold to Sky! My broadband has been fairly poor since I got fibre about a year and goes down a couple of times a week

My fibre has been down since about 8.20pm too, did all the tests put me through to a form to submit to the network team but none of the issues that i had to select were broadband related, all to do with phone calls. I also had no issues with the old style broadband but have had at least 3 instances in the last couple of weeks with the fibre not working.  Tried to find a phone number to report it but not getting anywhere fast with that!

I tried this number0333 759 3355 but was stuck on hold for 20 mins before getting cut off at 9pm😂
