Broadband Issue

Having frequent issues with my broadband. Shky TV coverage going off, and impacvting my ability to work from home. I just did an independent speed test and teh upalod speed was 2.56 MBPS and teh download speed was 2.04 MBPS. Please can you look into this as a matter of urgency.
