Broadband Issue

My connection is dropping out for a few moments and streaming can sometimes me poor. This is affecting work MS Teams calls and I am keen to resolve this urgently. I have run the tests and nothing has shown up. 

Please let me know what steps are required.

Sounds like you may need to contact Sky and report this issue to them. Remember that Sky Broadband discussed here is a domestic product so you won't receive a quicker or additional help if working from home. 

You can dial 150 on your Sky Talk landline when the lines reopen in the morning.
