Broadband Internet keeps going off leicester

Anyone else having issues in leicester  Le2.  We keep loosing the Internet,  WiFi  etc .  Been going wrong on and off for a while now.  Sky chap came and repaired outside wire few weeks ago.  Then another sky open reach chap came , Joe.  Last week , seems he was working on the network before us so he left it OK.    But past few days it's playing up again. ?   And doing self check sky says they can't complete test as issues.   So call them .  Or retry later.

Yes! I've got this as well, LE2 area. Glad it's not just me. I get about 20 second of connection then 20 seconds without. Very noticeable on zoom calls.

Broadband internet keeps dropping out, Leicester.

Hello,

I live in Leicester, Le2 area, relevant as I saw another post having the same problem so wondering if it's an as of yet undetected area issue.

My internet keeps dropping out intermittently. I'll get about 20 seconds of connection and then 20 seconds without. I have tried restarting both the router and Sky Q box. Resetting the router and switching from my Max router to the old one and back. None of it solved the issue so I suspect it's not the equipment. The online checks showed no problems but the internet is still dropping. The two areas it is most noticeable are Zoom calls which keep losing connection for 10-20 seconds at a time and the inability of the PS5 to get through its connnection tests without losing connection. The problem is present on all devices across the house. Distance to the router does not seem to affect in and the PS5 is connected to the router via Ethernet.

Please can someone look into this? I suspect it may be a local area problem as another post in the same area has the same issue.
