Broadband Installation

Hi,

my engineer visit is supposed to be today, but it says action needed for the engineer visit on my order tracking to reschedule visit. Is my engineer coming today? We were offered an earlier installaion date to change to today so wasn't sure if it just hadn't updated. I also had a notification in my order tracking about my broadband activation date updating to say I had a new message but I haven't received this message. I missed a call from sky earlier but I was in a work meeting so couldn't answer, but I have made sure to be in this afternoon from 1-6 for the engineer visit as I was told to in my message from openreach.
