Broadband Installation
Hi all! I'm moving to the UK from the U.S. I've been trying to figure out if there is an earlier installation date. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Did anyone have any luck trying to get 1-2 days earlier installation date?
Thanks so much!

Re: Broadband Installation
@Marija3 installation of broadband depends on the availability of engineers from the network Sky are using for your connection to complete the work. The date you have been given is usually the earliest offered by Openreach or City Fibre so it is unlikely it can be moved forward.

Re: Broadband Installation
@Marija3 If you have now been given the official switching date from sky then that is the date, it's fluid at the start but once given that is when it will happen. For me order placed 5/3/25 - switched and completed by 10/3/25, was a bit off a rush for sky to organise there side, but that is what OR commited to and it all just worked as expected! That was a straight OTS switch to Sky from EE on a like for like FF500 connection!
