I have had trouble with my internet for the past few weeks now. Every so often i get a disconnection of my internet from my sky broadband hub.
I have tried to do a test on the website which shows there is a problem but when i try to check in detail everything seems normal. I treid to get to the point to call an engineer but there is no contact when the service check comes back green even thought it is not!
I have restarted and resetted but no avail either and as we had a landslide on a road nearby I would assume this is the cause of our troubles but once again there is no way to contact sky on website or to check for engineer
