Broadband and Voice have gone down for me in Watford, WD17. It was on and off all through yesterday (11/07) then just stop around 5pm and not returned. Power to box is on and WIFI connected. Just not internet or calls available.

UPDATE: Broadband and Voice are now working.
I was checking the cables and came to the point on the outside of the property where the phone line connects with the cable that goes to the master socket. I wiggled it a little and everything came alive.
With that being said, if I wanted an engineer to look at it, who would be responsible?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@IanWD17 you need to call Sky although it is quite likely an Openreach engineer will attend. Openreach do not accept fault repirts from the end customer.
