Broadband Down - Downstream and Up okay

Hi All,


Broadband Problems

 

I woke up this morning to broadband issues across all home devices including sky tv hub. Essentially unable to access websites etc. 

 

I have a little bit of IT experience so I have been in to the router stats and can confirm we have strong downstream and upstream being recorded so our core signal is fine. Also, our devices are talking to the router and MAC addresses all established. Sky tests are all coming through as if everything is okay but evidently it is not. Power cycled many times. 

 

To all intent and purpose everything looks okay, including three solid lights on my Sky ER110 router. Please see pictures below from router. Can anyone help?
