Whats app and strave

My whats app and strava are the only two apps im having difficulty with loading, i keep getting a message from both that i have no connection and to try my router. When i do a test via sky account it is saying everything is working well? anyone else had this issue?

Whats app and strava (if thats what you are referring to ) are social media sites controlled via broadband shield.

You could go to my sky app->product settings ->broadband shield and raise the age rating to 18
