Broadband Deal

I'm looking to add Sky Broadband. We had them previously. The bill payer no longer lives at the address.
During the process of trying to complete a broadband deal. It says, we have found an active phone line at the address provided. And then asks to submit the landline number. Which I don't know.
The landline number hasn't been used in many years (at least 10 years), the last deal was for broadband only.
I have tried the chat option, but it only produces bog standard answers.
Aside from spending ages contacting customer service.
Any solutions as to finding the landline number?
Any help would be much appreciated
