We are experiencing a severe drop in our current broadband
We are on Sky Broadband Ultrafast Max but today have experienced drops to next to nothing in our download.
Logged into Sky - ran diagnostics check - and it said to call sky as there is a problem with your broadband.
Waited on phone for ages to be cut off. Have rebooted router. Have unlugged and replugged router in.

It wont let us paste anything else - there appears to be an issue with putting in numerics in posts - we get this message when we try 😕

Is there anyway to log this fault online to sky?
As mentioned, Logged into Sky - ran diagnostics check - and it said to call sky as there is a problem with your broadband.
Numerous attempts to call sky, kept on hold repeatedly, only to finally be cut off.
Exasperating system to be honest

There does appear to be ongoing maintenance work happening at Sky's end tonight. Probably best to check again in the morning. But if the problem persists, pick a quieter time of day (usually, mid-afternoon is good) and try giving them a ring then.
