Broadband Connection Request

Hi , I requested for a Broad band connection, and an engineer is assigned to work on it on Sep 15th. However I got a mail today that my request is cancelled, even though I didn't cancel it from my end.Can you please let me know if my request is still valid

Nobody on here can tell you that. You'll need to ring Sky and speak to customer services.
