Broadband Activation Issue

We have recently moved to a new house.  The activation in our new place was supposed to be July 28th.  Nothing happened on the day.

We have called the help line 4 times already.  Fist time we called the excuse was that the technicians were on a strike.  2nd, 3rd and 4th time, we were told to wait 48 hours.  Every single time we call, we're talking to someone in a call centre (prob in India)  who isn't able to give us a clear  answer on what the issue is.  Has anyone hav this issue.  Can you please tell me if there is a number to call to speak to someone based in the UK who can tell us how long we have to wait?

thx

@FidoDido  No one here canm tell you what the issue is as we are customers like you.

You will need to speak to Sky for updates.  There is only one number there is no direct number to bypass any offshore call centres.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Broadband Activation Issue

The people in off shore call centres have no idea what is going on.  they just keep telling us to wait 48 hours each time we call.  is there any other solution to just sitting around waiting.  we already waited 10 days since the day it was supposed to be activated.
