Broadand keeps dropping

I have Ultra HD and over the past week or so its constantly dropping out multiple times a day. I've gone online and checked my service and it claims its running well. It's not.

Broadband keeps dropping out Glass Tv freezes 

other items in the house shows no connection.

Try to test connection on mobile phone but no connection so I can't check. Obviously when I can connect to Sky and test it's says it's all ok well it will won't it 🤷‍♂️
