Broad

I called up about the WiFi connection cutting out every couple of hours. 
it was noted that the problem was with the fibre cable inside my property going into the main hub. Potentially has damage to it. 

ive received a text to say they have fixed it. But no one has attended my house. So this needs to be fixed ASAP I've waiting over 4 days. 
open reach need to attend my property and come take a look at the fibre glass cable coming into my hub.

@Daniel13121 With a Fibre Cable issue it does not need to be at your home, but you may have seen the ONT fibre modem with a red light or a flashing light etc, ARE you back up and working again? Link below may help explain! External repair could have been at the exchange etc!

 

Can't connect to broadband and have a red light on your ONT
