Broad band

I've recently up graded broadband to top speed but I'm not getting the speed I was promised by sky I have a message when doing a speed test that I'm able to cancel the up grade due to it being 3 consecutive days of test by sky I've only up graded this just over a week ago and not changed at all from previous sky plan how do I cancel and go back to original contract
