Broad band modem

Hi my sky broadband modem was despacted by sky on the 21st of July and I still haven't received the modem yet can you confirm when it will be delivered im paying for a service with no broadband

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a 'few days' prior to the activation date.

Once it has been dispatched you should be able to track it through Royal Mail. Have you had a notification like that?

I'm not living in the uk I'm in ireland it was despacted by sky to dpd on the 21st of July it shouldn't take this long to be delivered im stuck without broadband at the moment

In that case give Sky Ireland a call on Monday (the lines are closed at a weekend).

Does it show here that it has been dispatched:

It shows it was despacted by sky to dpd 4 days ago. It shouldn't take 4 days or more to come
