Braodband down in WA2 area?

Hi, His anyone else having issues with their broadband in the WA2 Warrington area? Can't connect since 9.30 pm last night. No Internet light on hub?

@PAULco1962  First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Braodband down in WA2 area?

Thanks for the reply GD1.

I have tried all you suggested and it does say there is an issue. What I wanted to know if anyone else in this area is having the same issue or is just me?

There is no other info, except it could take a "couple" of days to fix?

Thanks in advance

That's entirely typical: the reference to two days is because that's the generic Openreach target time to fix domestic broadband faults (note this doesn't include weekends)
