Braodband and wifi connection

I have just called the sky number and the automated call centre did a test and said i have an issue with the broadband

told me to go online and log the issue on there but couldnt get online because it doesnt recognise me

Why cant i just speak to someone about fixing the issue directly

 

Can someone help me fix the lines for the broadband please

 

We have to turn of the wi-fi on the devices to load anything

 

not sure what else to put apart from Sky acknowledge there is an issue but cant speak to anyone to get it fixed (and we pay a fortune for sky yet its not working)

@Shaun40  What happens when you run the test in the link below

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
