What speed is your broadband how many devices  are connected  to it, remember  the max speed is to the router  and not the device  the more devices  that are connected to  your  broadband  the weaker the signal  is to each device  and they could  be just getting the minimum signal, also are you still on the phone  line broadband  or full fibre broadband, you my need a booster  pod from sky, also ring sky and ask them do a test on the line from their end could be a problem  with  the router, or even  on the line itself  hope this helps, as i am just a customer  like yourself
