Boring

How do I get a replacement SKY MAX HUB ?

Had mine a Month - drops the signal every day on every device 

Old one lasted 23 years new one 10 hours !

That's not ideal: the oldest Sky router still in support (and so receiving software patches) dates from 2013: both it and the 2016 Q Hub become obsolete at the end of this year.
