Boosters

I spoke with someone last week and requested 3 boosters. The lady added Sky Max and said that 3 boosters were on their way. They have not arrived? There is no sign of this order on my account. I'm not happy the WiFi does not reach the whole house and I was informed I need to pay more for this? Ok yes I agreed but then the order wasn't even followed through. We changed from Vodafone who were much more helpful and will be changing back if this ridiculous situation is not resolved. Its only a 2 bed terrace and I don't really think asking more money just to get WiFi to the whole house is acceptable.

If they are not appearing on your account then you might want to check with Sky what is happening with these.

Is the Sky Max Wifi add-on showing on your account? It gives a cost of £6 per month on mine if I wanted it.

To the best of my knowledge they send the 1st pod out directly but for the potential 2nd & 3rd they send out an engineer who will survey your household and suggest the best location and number of pods needed.
