Booster won't connect

I have a white sky booster box in bedroom. Only the power and WiFi lights are green. The connected light is not on. I have powered it down and tried to reconnect but it has not worked.

If the bedroom was out of reach of Hub WiFi beforehand, it's still going to be out of reach now.  A booster needs to be as close as possible to halfway between the router and the blackspot in order to do anything.
