Booster not working

I have tried anything with my booster but not working up the stairs the wifi is working down the stairs but booster up the stairs not working I am paying for it I would like a new one I am getting angry with sky the wifi is not very good for what I am paying if I cannot get a better signal I will need to look elsewhere
