Booster & Mini Box won't connect.

Sky router and TV is all good, three green lights on the router. Booster (white one) only has two lights. The middle light is out. So Sky Q Mini box won't connect. We had a power cut today but Mini box was off at the time. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have done all the help steps online....... twice. 🤔

@Chanty25 reboot the booster and redo the connection to the hub using the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-what-do-you-need-help-with

If it still,doesnt connect move it closer to the hub however it is possible the unit was damaged by the power cut so msy need replacing which Sky will do if they supplied the unit to you.

Thanks for your help. I think its knackered. So I presume ill need an engineer out or can I just order a replacement.

@Chanty25 You should try the just order a replacement and see how it goes, there are two versions off the Sky Broadband Booster version so double check which model you have if even that type?

@Rachel257 Are you thinking that you have a network problem with it then?
