Booster 4

I have received a box and letter to retirn a booster 4 ( sky Broadband Hub ) by the 5/10/2025 .  I have not canx my broadband ? I have had fibre installed by yourself which you recommended which plugs into the sky broadband Hub. I have not been given any new equipment with this so I am unsure as to why or what I should be returning.

If you previously had a booster on loan under the Broadband Boost subscription supplement but have now moved to a white Max Hub then it's no longer appropriate hardware.

• I dont have any of the boosters in the image ? 
  
  I have had fibre put in and the box on the wall goes into another box which is the router . I have not has booster box  dor over a year as this was returned when I had a sky engineer man round last time .

@Toria31 Then sky have NO record of you returning the item, and they are now saying do it or pay the charge for keeping it!

I dont have a white hub box ? I still have the old back hub . Should I have been given a new box when they put in fibre ? I only was sent a new lead ?

@Toria31 KEEP the postal receipt that you get from your postmaster FOR EVER, that is the proof you have sent it back, and include a copy off your request paper work, and take a photo off the unit label on the back for the serial number!
