So much for seamless change of isp from bt to sky

So 2 weeks after my 'seamless' changeover on 11 aug I still

have no broadband at home.  No change of input into house, remained as copper from openreach cabinet.  4 attempts by openreach and I attempt by sky (the only engineer to vist my property), sky engineer due to visit today ....

@Si36 Why have you no Broadband, failed fttp your copper should be good and keep you working until the Fibre connection is all sorted out!

BT should not have done anything to disconnect the system from you!

Positive visit from sky engineer just now, very helpful updated some sockets (not root cause of issue), still no broadband though, he spoke to openreach and another visit by them this Thursday, let's hope this rectifies the issue 2 weeks and 3 days into my experience.....

Note I'm not changing from copper to fibre this was just a cabinet and exchange changeover
