My connection date is the 15th of November. Equipment arrived today. Connected and all works including broadband, 4 days before due date. Is it ok to use?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DEE1958 if you are upgrading an exisisting connection there is no problem. However if its a new connection its a bit odd but probably not an issue.
