Blocking of certain applications since Monday

Every since Monday, certain work apps - Asana, Chat GPT, Office 365 have been either blocked or working intermittently.

 

We have reset our router and amended our Sky broadband shield but still having issues.


When I run the diagnostic tools within MySky or via their website, it reports no errors.

@GLDouglas May be it's got nothing to do with sky then as they say it's all working fine!

If we hotspot or connect to other networks we no longer have these issues.

@GLDouglas Would have helped, next are you using the sky Max hub or the sky Broadband hub, sky max is there any VPN involved through the MAP-T front end?

We are using the Sky broadband hub and no VPN being used.
