@Mr.+Li What is it that you are specifically trying to do, and which sky hub do you have? Look at the sky max help!

My model is SR203, only find the deives list in service checker. But can't block one of them.

@Mr.+Li You cannot with the SR203 sky Hub, the controls are not there for that specific hub, what is it that you are trying to do?

@Mr.+Li You are correct, if you want to use parental controls to block a device off the internet then you have to get the sky Max hub with the max addon package for it all, it is linked above for you!
