I mean bbc are charging extra on my sky broadnand because I have no tv license as im disabled

@Ozzy081 Sky do not collect any money for the BBC but to view any BBC content or any streamed or broadcast TV channel you are required to have bought a TV Licence, if you are in the UK, which funds the BBC

I have not got bbc iplayer account or channel itv or 5 or live tv license cancelled my payments

Having a terrestrial broadband connection is irrelevant to whether or not a property requires a TV Licence.

You can choose to notify the Television Licencing Authority if there's no licenceable actity at the address.

As I mentioned above, at present no part of a broadband subscription goes towards funding the BBC.

Any such change in the future (as recently proposed by the Social Market Foundation) would require Parliamentary legislation and is likely to generate huge controversy: not surprisingly it's strongly opposed by the ISPs.
