Billing Discrepancy Following Broadband Plan Upgrade

I pay 29.5 per month for my previous month's broadband bill. With the upgrade to Max speed, it says only need 4 more pounds per month, which should be 33.5 permonth。 However, the estimated bill is 40 pounds per month! If so I would like to cancel this ridiculous plan. But I can't find any sky staff to help with this!

@feifeifei the first months bill aftera contract change is often higher as you psy for tge sub from the day you bought in so the first bill contains both the current month and the next month paying in advance...

Have you checked to see what the next bill is going to be charging you as the first one after upgrade will probably cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks weeks which is why it will be more.

The first month is expected as 50 pounds, I can understand that's for the router. But the following months are 40. This means the base charge will be 40. Sky definitely does misleading advertisement when they say 4 pounds more per month. Now I want to cancel the whole scam and can't find any place to cancel it. I wonder I have to go to their store to do this.
