Hi Sky Community
I have recently upgraded to the Sky Max Hub but cannot get a stable connection to devices connected via Ethernet, this includes 2 x Sky Q Miniboxes and Mesh Network (MERCUSYS Halo) finding the limited user interface with the Max hub very frustrating. Has anyone got an idea on how to resolve this ethernet issue? Or what the process is to return this to sky? Currently back using the stable previous sky q hub with no issues.
