Beoadband activation

Broadband was due to be activated 15/9/25 Devices connected via ethernet and WiFi not working as no Internet. Hub white light is on WiFi says connected but no Internet Hub not showing on my sky account either

@Chambersw734 if the hub is showing a white light the activation is complete and you should be able touse the connection.. As you can't try rebooting the hub by disconnecting the power for a few minutes. If thst doesnt work or the hub settings don't appear in the My Sky app within a few hours give Sky a call.
