@Sam33881 run the connection test in the My Sky app - note click to run the test again to get the curent speed. If the test detects a line issue slowing speeds it can offer to book an engineer. If that looks normal then the issue is likely to be in your home post somecdetails of tgecspeeds you are seeing on your devices and your Sky hub's connection stats and forum members should becablecto help,see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
