Been happening for weeks

Been sat watching tv on several tv channels and apps and the loading icon comes up or it freezes due to connection

Moved to what we where told was a cheaper but better internet and have had problems for a while. Loading icon or stuff freezing

I'm having the same issue with my WiFi, this has been going on for months now. We pay enough for internet so why is sky not sorting this issue out. Really frustrating and is making me want to move to a new provider.

I feel your pain. It's higher bills with less satisfactory service. Same package with more cost. £99 they are now charging me a month with awful internet, every time I go to check the service of my internet on the app, it magically comes back on and says there is no fault or issues with the internet. Somethings not right....
