Bad wifi
Hi the wifi is rubbish we changed so both myself and husband could work from home but this isnt always possibel the TVs sometimes work properly but a lot of the time dont downloading isnt quick? We were better off before we changed (and that wasnt good) could someone come and visit as when the broadband was swithced on we didnt have new hub
if somebody cant come out then we will cancel and try virgin

@Amy240 Posting on the Forum you are not contacting sky for anything just customers like yourself helping best we can, if you do feel that is the way to go more info and work will be required your end, you wish for sky to sort it all out then you do need to give them a call!
