As we were told this would definitely be better and reach further as well as work on our cameras

That sounds like you haven't requested the first booster? You'll have to contact them and ask for it. The other 2 you are allowed are only given after a visit by an engineer (if you need them) who will determine the best location and setup.

I'm not sure what you mean they charged me extra and £10 for the pleasure of talking to them to fix my issue do you know the number i should call as they make it very difficult to get hold of the right person
