Bad wifi

I am new to sky broadband this  week and I have a poor wifi signal upstairs. We had a better signal with our BT router.

@SC73skyQ What sky hub do you have? And did you subscribe to the Sky Max extra package?

Don't know what router it's is and yes I did sign up to sky max extra

As you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here which might help so you would need to call them about this::

@SC73skyQ Added the link details for you to read, and you need to call to get your first booster pod sent to you, once sky run through the checks.
