Bad internet connection

My internet keeps lagging and one of bedrooms is barely getting any internet and very poor connection I upgraded my internet few months back and still getting bad service witch is triggering my autistic son because he can't get on to his devices in his room can you please help sort this issue out I pay for services and receive poor connection
