Bad internet connection

To whom it may concern, my internet has being bufffering all day and night I tried everything but still it's happening..

@Sandra137 Have you tried switching the hub off for at least a couple hours!

Same! It is literally dropping every few seconds and it is incredibly frustrating that the app says there are no issues. What is happening?

@TamZ What do you see when it is happening and if you know what type off connection do you have from sky!
