Bad connection
Since we have changed to sky max we've had issues with slow connection on the smart tvs ,phones keep disconnecting and lagging when playing online games and buffing when watching TV.

@Liamhaughney56 if you have Sky Q boxes this is a commion issue as younhave lost the use of their wifi hotspots. If you are paying for the WiFi Max bundle then Sky will send out a extender pods if you call them. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
