No phone line after switching from BT to SKY

BT cut my line today and was expecting SKY to connect it but there's no phone line connected. On top of that I was upgrading to sky fibre broadband which is also not working now so I cannot access internet. I got a text from open reach 10 hours ago saying their work was complete but I now have no phone line nor broadband.

Without working broadband there can be no voice call service, because on all new orders the voice service is carried by broadband.

@Ross10101 if your service is still not connecting this morning give Sky a call as Openreach did not complete the job despite the text.

 

As pointed out the phone service is delivered through the same link and the phone plugs into the Sky hub not the old phone sockets. Openreach are closing the old analogue voicexservice hence the switch the voice services via the digital line.

Thanks, I just called and it seems they've managed to cancel my upgraded broadband and as well as the old one in one fell swoop. Fuming.
