Bad connection on phone and computer
Comes and goes - doesn't stay connected, and videos often buffer. Restarted the hub a couple of times after some orange lights appeared.

Re: Bad connection on phone and computer
@AllisaMurphy orange lights on the hub imply an issue with the connection to the exchange which with the recent bad weather is quite a common problem. Run the service checker in the My Sky app overca to see if it thinks your line has an issue which unless the drops are very frequent it probably wont. You can call Sky to report the problem BUT there is no guarantee thst they can get Openreach to do anuything as these issues should sort themselves out over time.

Re: Bad connection on phone and computer
I've run the checks and it says everything seem to be working fine, yet I only have two bars on my computer. Unfortunately these issues began before the storms happened
