Bad connection for 6 days

6 days and the WiFi does not want to work properly. Completely drops out or is slow.

Can't work from home properly and children can't do online homework as nothing is loading.

Tried rebooting, turning off and on again. Looked on the maintenance page and no help there .

Tried to email sky as I've currently lost my voice due to illness and I can't get through. Any other way to contact?

Not sure if you will see this properly. I've currently got it working and got a few devices connected. This is the best I've had it in days - should I do this when it's not working too?

Your router stats suggest that your line is stable as it has not dropped in the 19hrs your router has been up. Also your speed is as expected at 40mbps down & 10mbps up.

Is it just the Sky router you have or do you have any boosters or 3rd party extenders? Do you have Sky Q? How many devices are you connecting to the hub?

Re: Bad connection for 6 days

We only have the router, nothing else.

Currently have TV connected for you tube, and 3 other devices. I've been thinking we need to upgrade to better mb/s. (I'm not technical at all!)

Your speed is fine for a few youtube streams and a couple devices. There should be no reason for your WiFi to be dropping out. Have you tried going through the WiFi help guide below.
