My broadband is poor. On your App is OK but on my deviced it says 5mbs. It keeps just dropping out

My internet keeps dropping out. Your app says it's OK but my devices keep dropping and I work from home and teams freeze a lot.

Your speed is the maximum possible and there have been no external drops for 399 hours

 

What device are you using for teams and are you connected via wifi or ethernet and how far from the sky hub
